Sebastien Ogier sampled M-Sport’s all new Ford Fiesta WRC machine in a special test in Wales.
The four-time world champion joined the British squad to put the Fiesta through its paces at the Walters Arena rally complex in Wales as he continues to weigh up his destination for next season.
M-Sport boss Malcolm Wilson, who is eager to sign the out-of-contract Frenchman, was present for Ogier’s run on the gravel stage during Friday morning.
Ogier’s outing follows a test in the Toyota Yaris WRC on Wednesday as he continues to evaluate his options before making a decision for 2017 following Volkswagen’s WRC withdrawal.
Ott Tanak was also present at the test taking over the car for the afternoon running.
Ogier is yet to test the new Citroen C3 while Hyundai has already stated it has no room in its line-up for next year.
